We used this company about 8 years ago to furnish our office and loved the experience. When we acquired another office building we immediately thought of them again for furnishing. So far this time, I purchased two of their adjustable Açaí desks and one of the açaí console tables to create a workspace with an L shape that suited our needs and it turned out great! The table is made of quality solid wood and is very heavy. It was delivered within a week after the placement of the order. I'm very satisfied with this shopping experience.

The table had a huge gouge in the wood that appears to have been stained and polyurethaned over. There was damage to the corner that I fixed. Finally there was a finger mark on the desk. I contacted the seller and he immediately made it right by sending me another table . It is flawless and gorgeous. I would highly recommend this seller. They stand by their product and it looks beautiful.

We are so happy with our purchase of this desk! My daughter has been using a plastic folding table for her schoolwork, and needless to say, we wanted to get her something much nicer. She selected this desk herself and attached the legs with hand tools when it arrived. Very simple assembly, very happy with the results! The desk is just large enough to allow her plenty of work space for a single subject/project without being so large that it allows for accumulation of distracting clutter. And the wood itself is simply gorgeous. We plan to return for more purchases in the future!

This desk is very nice for the price I paid, and I have no desire to return it, but we did have a quality issue with the finish. The seller was extremely responsive, even crediting me a bit for the fact that the top shipped very, very slowly. I have a little issue with the fact that it's super scratched and dinged up after about a month of pretty light, normal use. The finish doesn't appear to last. I will put some scratch filler into the holes (maybe that wood polish with tiny), but it's still a bit odd to see all these chunks coming out of a desk I literally only use for my laptop and two screens. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. I use coasters...no kids are around it. Just odd. I am wondering if perhaps when I ordered the desk, they rushed the finish process and put too many coats on it at once?

The desk is beautiful!I keep admiring it and enjoy doing my work there. It's high quality. The color is a little more reddish brown as opposed to espresso brown as seen on the Etsy posting.

I got Mid Modern for the legs. When I received it, I was a little worried if I could assemble it correctly as there were no marks or holes where the screws were supposed to go. The seller responded quickly and gave me good instructions. Still, I was nervous during the assembly as the angle of the legs was very subtle, and it was difficult to tell if all the legs were aligned and in the right angle. When I finished assembling and flipping over the desk, it was perfect! There is a little piece at the bottom of each leg that allows you to adjust the height. So, it's easy to fix minor unevenness. The desk turned out very stable.

Table arrived on time, very well packed, everything in perfect condition. It is a very thick heavy beautiful wood slab. The color of the finish is definitely more “mahogany” than “walnut”, but it is still a very nice, well made table. We might sand and refinish it at some point.

This is my second desk from Umbuzo. I wanted to upgrade to a larger / standing desk, but didn't want to give up the high quality table top I already had from them. There really isn't a better option for this price point. Luckily, they make the exact same desk I had, but in a larger size and without the legs. Can't wait to get everything setup.

This is our second table purchase in six months. Our first purchase was the Luxury Modern Dining Table. The table arrived on schedule and was absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, there was a deep crack on one end. Our concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. A replacement top was sent out, which was equally stunning. This was shipped well. 2 boxes and lots of wrap. It is very sturdy, good color, and will be perfect for my desk! The only thing I wish I would have noticed is it does not have holea for cords, but that is my fault! My husband has a hole cutter. Recommend this seller!

The table came quickly and the seller was responsive to my questions. It's a beautiful table - I need to find some nice chairs to accompany it!

I would love to see some instructional videos or more detailed assembly instructions created, since the instruction sheet provided was very brief. We did learn how to use a power drill yesterday to assemble this table, which was interesting, but I am not confident every customer will be so eager to research and learn how to drill pilot holes and such.

Beautiful desktop, no complaints, exactly what I needed.

The table legs arrived almost a month before the table top which is the only downside in my purchase. The table is lovely and looks perfect in our small dining space. We don't have to sacrifice beauty for size.

Particular grain pattern of the joined pine on this top isn't quite as stellar as I had hoped for but it's a good looking and exceptionally solid table top surface all the same and looks very good on the legs I purchased.

I might get a bit creative with it down the road, doing some of my own stain work but for now, it's great.

Very nice looking legs, pair well with the reclaimed wood top. I could see adding a few more pieces of furniture based on this design.
